LatinNameLentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler.

Also name lentinus edodes, winter fungi. Shiitake is a famous traditional edible mushroom in China. it is an earliest manual work plant in the world. Shiitake with the advantages of abundant nutrition and gresh taste, it is regarded as king of mushroom”, it contains tens amino acide, including isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, valine etc for human body, also contain vitamin B1, B2, PP and mineral salt.
