Green tea is the variety which keeps the original colour of the tea leaves without fermentation during processing. It's picked, natural dried, and then fried briefly to get rid of its grassy smell. Green Tea has the most medical value and the least caffeine content of all tea classes. Aroma is medium to high, flavor is light to medium.

Brewing:
Use hot water with temperature between 75C - 85C. Fill small amount of water into the glass to moisten the leaves before filling it up. Green tea requires brief steeping, generally for 2-3 minutes. Refill the glass with water if there is about 1/3 tea left. This is called second steeping. Our good tea can have its freshness in fifth steeping.
